Cancellation Policy

Confirmation and Cancellation If accepted on the course I agree to pay a fee of 950, as follows: - £200 deposit to be paid when required (usually about one month before the course) as a non-refundable deposit to confirm my booking - £950 as final balance (plus any accommodation costs if its been booked by the course) to be paid on the course itself If I have to cancel my booking, I will advise Peter Stark in writing (letter or email) as soon as is possible. I understand that all endeavours will be made to fill the vacancy, but that this cannot be guaranteed. Should the vacancy not be filled, I accept that fees will be still chargeable at the following rates: - Full Refund if cancellation notice is received by Peter Stark more than 8 weeks before the starting date of the course in question. - 50% of the agreed balance if cancellation notice is between 4 - 8 weeks before the starting date - The full balance will still apply if cancellation notice is less than 4 weeks before the starting date
