Confirmation and Cancellation

If accepted on the course I agree to pay a fee of £950, as follows:

- £200 deposit to be paid when required (one month before the course) as a non-refundable deposit to confirm my booking

- £750 as final balance (plus any accommodation costs if applicable) to be paid on the course itself

If I have to cancel my booking, I will advise the course/Peter Stark in writing (by email) or phone as soon as is possible. I understand that all endeavours will be made to fill the vacancy, but that this cannot be guaranteed.

Should the vacancy not be filled, I accept that fees will be still chargeable at the following rates:

 - Full refund if cancellation notice is received more than 8 weeks before the starting date of the course in question

- 50% refund if cancellation notice is from 4 to 8 weeks before the starting date 

- non refundable if cancellation notice is less than 4 weeks before the starting date, unless a replacement can be found by either party.
